We always request the highest floor whenever we book hotel rooms because we consistently have bad luck with guests above us being noisy/stomping at unreasonable hours. When we checked in, we got a room on the third floor (no fourth/top floor rooms in our configuration available). Minutes after stepping into our room, the guests above started stomping and running around (young kids?) so we called downstairs and they moved us to an ADA hearing impaired room on the second floor. The deadbolt didn't work but the guest(s) upstairs seemed quiet. Overnight, the air conditioning unit was really noisy, waking us every time it started, then loudly rattling/buzzing while it ran (maybe that's why it was in the hearing impaired room?). The next morning, the guest upstairs started walking around loudly at 7a for the next 30+ minutes. When I went to guest services to let them know about the situation, they were apologetic and found us another ADA room on the fourth floor for our last two nights. We weren't able to move rooms until later in the day, but once we did, we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay with no issues (the AC unit seemed newer as well).

Great accommodation,will stay again It’s a small hotel very close to many landmarks and the John Wayne airport Great staff ,breakfast was nice and generous I wish they had pork free offerings as everyday they had some sort of a pork item however I could still have plenty of other options Complimentary shuttle to John Wayne was great for me to go pick up my rent a car Everything I needed to do was near by Hotel is located among the business buildings so it’s very quite but you definitely need a car to get anywhere or Uber I guess Plenty of parking on site and well lit Felt very safe and comfortable Walls are a bit think where you hear stuff but not a deal breaker at all Over all I highly recommend this property

The breakfast was wholesome and filling. Special mention to Antoinette who put the hospital in hospitality. Always checking guest needs not just stocking the bar. The staff was very courteous and helpful from the shuttle drivers through housekeeping.

Customer Service from Kristina at the front desk was top tier, she really went above and beyond to accommodate me. She also was able to help us with a early check in and was so kind and she made me feel so comfortable and the breakfast every morning was kept so neat and clean and it was so yummy!!! I also love having the hot tea and coffee and lemon water available at all times. My stay went above and beyond my expectations.

The room was spacious and the complementary breakfast was such a bonys. Would definately recommend this locaition as a great place to stay when in or around the Los Angeles/Anaheim area.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Our son and wife came in late driving from Sacramento to meet us. The staff let them in at 2:00AM and was so nice to them. It was the holidays and they made our stay very nice.

Great staff, cozy lobby, refreshing lime water at the entrance. Super comfy bed, they had lower pillows too (which is very important to me and my neck and hard to find in hotels). Room is big and clean. Breakfast was delicious and healthy! The best part is the late check out (12pm). I wish I could have stayed longer!
